Login to the immigration official site of Australia click on the following link Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189) now choose your desire country. After this you will have new page and here you can click on suitable skills assessmentent after getting through this page you have following options

Skilled Occupations List (SOL)

You must nominate an occupation from the Skilled Occupations List (SOL) if you are applying for an Independent or Family Sponsored Points Tested visa or Temporary Graduate (subclass 485) – Graduate Work Stream.
Applicants who require a skills assessment as part of their visa application must contact a relevant assessing authority directly to obtain a skill assessment. The assessing authority will provide all necessary applications forms and associated information relating to the assessment.
There will be a charge by the assessing authorities for the assessment.

 After selecting the occupation now you to have need the assment of your job nature through a proper assement athority and you can find the relevant job authority through you selecting job code for example if you have chosen "Dental Therapist 411214 VETASSESS" so for the correct relevant authority you can visits the following link where you can directly contact the authority, click on the Link

Now you can contact the athority via email or Phone its upto you its better to email them it will take 1-2 week and they will guide you and help you how to forward your application. After receiving the positive reply from the required authority now you can move toward the next step.
